Committees
Somerset currently has three active committees providing invaluable services to our community.
Architectural Landscape Committee (ALC)
The ALC provides input to the Board and management in all areas of community landscaping including planning, budgeting, and operational oversight. Additionally, the committee plans and hosts our Spring and Fall Cleanup Days. Neighborhood Watch Committee
Somerset’s Neighborhood Watch Committee has been active since 1995! These dedicated residents regularly walk the property looking for and reporting any suspicious activities and they routinely check security lighting on the property. They also provide input to the Board and management on ways to keep our community safer for all of our residents. Since 2007, the Watch has hosted our annual National Night Out block party celebration in August. Newsletter Committee
Through its publication of our quarterly newsletter (February, May, August, and November), the Newsletter Committee keeps our residents informed about: upcoming and ongoing projects; community events; helpful maintenance tips; and committee activities.
